• Check-in time: 3:00pm. Earlier access is subject to availability on day of arrival.

• Check-out time: 10:00am. Late check-out is subject to whether there is a check-in on the same day.

• Cancellation fees may apply: free cancellation up to 5 days prior to arrival date. 50% cancellation fee applies to bookings cancelled within 5 days of arrival date.

• No pets allowed.

• No parties or events allowed without prior consent. Fees apply.

• At least one guest must be 18 years of age, and must present a valid credit card in their name, and be present on check-in. This guest must be holding the payment for the travelling party against this credit card.

• All indoor areas, outdoor areas including paddocks and trails are strictly non-smoking.

• The lighting of the outdoor firepit must be under the direct control of a responsible adult. It must not be left unattended and may be seasonally restricted due to fire bans. You must never leave a fire unattended.

• Campfires are not permitted.
